Helena is an actress who, after doing a foundation course at RADA, went on to train at Drama Centre London for three years. She has skills in accents, devising, physical theatre, writing, social dance, and as a seamstress.
Having left drama school she has worked with Cut The Cord Theatre Company on collaborations, particularly on Beyond The Blue. She has previously worked at Theatre Royal Stratford East, Old Vic Workrooms, Camden People’s Theatre, Rag Factory and Theatre 503.
Her theatre credits whilst training include Mary Barnes, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Hedda, Tartuffe, The Country Girl, The Cherry Orchard, and As You Like It playing Orlando.
Her film and TV credits include debutante, Summer of Rockets (BBC), Jewish Courier, 1944: Should We Bomb Auschwitz? (BBC & Oxford Film and Television), maid, The Crown (Netflix).
Devising new projects in theatre and film is what she is passionate about, as well as new writing particularly unheard female voices throughout history.
